Festival International Blog #4

Last night wasn't a total loss. Some Festival bands were scheduled to play in the clubs so Festival did go on in some respects despite the rain. We got to see a pretty good set by Big Chief "Monk" Boudreaux with John Lisi & Delta Funk. They were a funk band from new Orleans that played extended jams and were quite energetic and entertaining.





Today, the rain has cleared completely so Festival will kick off again at noon.
